Only the BEST experience ! Not sure why all the bad comments about wait time.  It's a business lots of customers , be patient.  I went in and the lady in printing gave me the best customer service & even rushed my order which was a grand opening sign which I needed the last minute.  Checkout was fast and  courteous  and  friendly.

Sarah, an employee in printing, was helpful and knowledgeable. I am not computer literate so thanks to her help I was able to have medical tests today.

I would like to commend the Assistant Manager Frank Farnsworth for his assistance in choosing a laptop and for his explanations of the service agreement options.  He was professional,  patient, and articulate. 
     At my visit,  there was a call waiting, and 3 people in line waiting - all for technical help, and Frank was the only one available. In spite of this, and to his credit, Frank did not rush any of the customers, and gave each  the attention needed. 
      His service was worth the wait. Give my thanks to Frank for my new laptop - I wouldn't have been able to make the decision without him.
