As a frequent shopper Lowe's is by far the best for all your home decorating remodeling needs. Easy to find things. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable and very helpful. Each department has a dedicated staff person at the ready so when you are in need of finding something they are there to help you in quick fashion. This store is over the top in customer service from management to floor staff they all greet you and provide excellent service. I feel confident shopping at this place for I know that the return policy is second to none and the material quality is top rate. Their parking lot is always full and there's a reason for that. The Pro desk staff are the best. They get things moving and have helped me with more things then I can mention. Thank You Lowes!

Love to shop in the store & you get plenty of help. Except at the checkout. It's a joke. If you have a lot of things you would think it was the end of the world. If you try to go to the customer service because you need to pay for a special order, there is either no help or they are busy with returns or on the phone. If they would step back and look at the check out processes in the store they would see they have a huge issue. Most people hate to wait to pay for these type of products.

Purchased appliances here! They were delivered by too contracted guys! The appliances were supposed too be delivered only! They set them and were quick too have me sign the waiver so they could leave! The brand new washer was damaged at the side! They knew it! They put them against each other so it could not be seen! But they unboxed them on the back of the truck! Then harshly brought them up the driveway! Man Lowe's yaw need too do better than this!

Been shopping at Lowe's for years but will be going to Home Depot from now on. They want to see my military discharge papers in order to register for the military discount. I'm not willing to share my military records with a store. They don't accept the VA ID card at the register anymore. Apparently, after you register, you get the discount by simply providing your phone number. I imagine everybody will be getting discounts from now on using friends' or neighbors' phone numbers!

I usually don’t leaves reviews but I feel I need to leave a review for this store. First of all I have never seen more workers dread doing their job. Every single worker we came across had an attitude and came across with such annoyance to help out the customers. At least four of the workers didn’t know the answers to our questions and they seemed so bothered by us asking to measure a few pieces of furniture. So sorry for asking you all to do your job, dear God you work in Lowe’s. Never once did we have an attitude with any of them but they sure did with us. I can’t say that I will never go to Lowe’s but this location is horrible! These workers are so annoyed by their job, with so many people being out of jobs, it’s sad to see so many that are ungrateful and annoyed to work.
