Get there at opening time. They were great. Friendly, competent and fast, but without rushing. Maybe it was because of my t-shirt that says "Ain't nobody got time for that!" which got smiles from everyone. Thanks Adrien, you are a good guy.

Horrible service is what you'll get at this store. Most of the staff are friendly but they are not very interested in their jobs. When you add their horrible computer system to the mix you get long waits for even the simplest transaction, errors, and frustration. Let me list the errors these guys have made to my account: went in for free activation, told me I was getting free activation, next bill activation fee. When they activated my daughter's account, the put her name on my number. I tried to merge my DirecTV account with my mobile account to get a discount, the result: my DirecTV account was messed up and not connected to the wireless account and no discount. And there is more. I guess it is my fault for going back! While the store is new and looks great my advice is to try another store. The one at paseo nuevo it's usually empty and they have been pretty helpful.

Dulls, worth less than the minimum wages, poor understanding. Had a problem with the phone that can ge easily fixed in 20 seconds and they don't even know how to fix or interact, poor manners, shity store
