Went to get a prepaid plan at AT&T first but were for unknown reasons unable to connect my phone with their network. The guy at the register recommended T-mobile and I'm so glad he did! Phone worked without any hassle, got a great deal on my prepaid plan and the service was the absolute best!

krystal's 9594781 customer service was excellent her knowledge of each phone was excellent and she was very cordial in her work she's a great asset to the company and I will be gladly to do business with her at any time

Went into the store with a problem of my data plan being throttled when it shouldn't be. Two employees assured me that there was nothing wrong and that the slow speeds I was experiencing was normal. I tried to explain that it wasn't but they weren't very helpful about it.

Called TMobile customer service and they were able to solve the issue within 5min and solve my data plan issue. Don't bother going to the store, they are incredibly unhelpful. This is the second time this has happened under similar circumstances.
