Terrible. Don't come here if you actually need something done / staff weren't even super apologetic over major issues. Waited an hour for an employee to tell us he couldn't do our prints (which we had to finally ask straight up). Major technical issues which no one wanted to disclose to customers (i.e. Printer not working at all). Went to Fedex instead which had functional printers and nicer staff with faster turnaround times. Would avoid here if you're on a deadline.

The new design site is horrible! Too many problems to enunciate. Will have to give up Staples as a design site.

It's Staples. You get what you'd expect from a national company. The staff at this location has always been very helpful though. I usually know what I want when I walk in to one of these stores, but the few times that I've needed help, they have always been very courteous and friendly.

I have used Staples happily for years. I order online for my business monthly. Staples just changed their online order invoice- instead of looking at what I am purchasing and how many items of each I want, they have added directly to the right and bumped up to my order ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER ADS of computers, bookshelves, papers, etc. Since there is no mark of delineation between my order info and this UNWANTED GARBAGE ADS I couldn't see well enough to place my order! I had to phone it in. I complained about the Awful new online invoice and told them that was the last time I am using them. I just placed my order with AMAZON for Free Ship & Less cost per item. Ciao Staples!
