Never can reach anyone by phone. If I do, they say "Let me transfer you to so-and-so" and within 30seconds, the line is disconnected. I call at least once a month to see if they have the new movies is stock (you'd be surprised how sometimes they don't get them in or sell out within an hour. I've learned the hard way... call ahead and pray to be lucky enough to get someone).

Most cashiers here are rude. I do a lot of night-time and day time shopping and I have seen long lines at 2am with only one cashier and other employees just standing around. Customer service in general at this store is a JOKE!

The only redeeming part of this Walmart is their photo department. They are the best of the Walmarts in this area. They are polite (most of the time) and very helpful.

This walmart is supposed to be a "supercenter" the one in santee is about as big, or el cajon, and its whole food center is completly crap, no fruits, meats, other than packaged process, about 4 rows of food and two rows of coolers not statisfied at all, i advise, if you really need something, this isnt the place to go, even the baby department, sucked. dont waste your gas going here.
