I would give their customer service a 0 if I could one star is too much. I entered this location undecided whether I wanted a Galaxy 7, if the associate would've been more helpful I probably would've bought a new phone and more. Unfortunately I did not get greeted when I walked in, nobody asked if I needed help until I asked the associate for info on the Galaxy 7. He wasn't too engaged and when I asked for info on other phones and plans he told me to go to Walmart across the street because they had better deals on AT&T phones and to bring it back to that location to activate it. That was not what I expected to hear and was very disappointed. I didn't mind paying more at AT&T with excellent service. Overall the experience was bad, I am never going back to this location again.

Great place to come for all of your At&t Needs. They can set you up with Directv as well.  Great offers  and great service.

Bad customer service !!!!!!
You have to prove a power cord doesn't work like is a murder trail and when I prove it didn't work  he came up with another excuse
 why not exchange it when the cable has warranty? Their warranties have lots striations
