Terrible customer service - no wonder the low ratings on this store. The one in 31 is much much better. First time here and last time here for sure.

This the worst customer service I have i ever had in a long time I go in the thinking to change services. Ending up loosing my number of 8 years do to the inexperience so called friendly expert trying to merge my number . Chris blonski had no clue what to do after loosing my number he tells me to go back to my service provider he can not do anything .after my phone not   Working Called customer service then they telling I have to pay a small fee to release my number . I will never go back there at and think twice before you come to this at&t store beware of the inexperience people.
