Pre-ordered a game for in-store pick up here and it took me 4 visits to the store and they still didn't have it even after they called me to come pick it up. They delayed the delivery by 4 days. It was for my kid's birthday and I paid $96.00 for it. You're better off using Amazon.

Launch of snes classic and what was told to the general public was all best buy stores at 7am will be handing out tickets. It is now 743a and no tickets. Why is that the case?

The pricing is competitive but the availability of the product is not.  Items on display at competitive prices are not necessarily in store.  The sole advantage bricks and mortar have over online shopping is convenience, if you aren't carrying product you have no benefit.

A pleasant Best Buy, only downside is that it's a smaller location and they don't stuck much niche items that other Best Buy locations would.
