Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff are always willing to help. The store seems well stocked with what I need in most cases. I prefer traveling a bit to this store to buying online because they seem to do a better job of helping me with my questions and concerns.

Do not go here. If you buy a new phone they will tell you that insurance is required. It is not!!!! They scammed my mother-in-law today. 3/20/17. I called Verizon and they immediately removed the insurance. They also convinced her to buy a $60 screen protector and $40 case. She has never dropped her phone doesn't use it very often. They obviously just want to make as much money as they can off of people that don't know any better.

Ben is FANTASTIC!!!! I've been going to this Verizon store for two years now, and I would NOT recommend any place else. Ben knows the ins and outs of the programs and helps make the process easier. He downloaded a couple of apps to save my pictures and one to contact the store directly. I love this place!!! Thanks Ben :)

This store Rocks !! Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I was switching from another provider, with an old flip phone to Verizon/Galaxy, Eddie went way beyond helpful when he was able to transfer my Contacts from the old to new! Fantastic job!! They definitely have my future business.
