I can't believe I'm giving this high of a rating to an AT&T store but I am! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable unlike past experiences I've had. I would even say they made a lot of effort to be friendly. I didn't feel pushed to make purchases I didn't really want to make and I felt like I was directed 2 what would be the most beneficial for me. Course they have a large selection of phones for you to peruse while you're there so you can be tempted to purchase an updated version!

The customer service reps here that have helped me do a good job but there is always a system/corporate/tech issue that extends my visit. I was there 54 minutes to cancel a DirectTvNow add-on. 
The problem was finally solved then it was determined an extra letter had been added to my user name when account was set up

We went to ATT to purchase a new phone and had the best experience ever.  Kevin waited on us at the Wolfchase store and he was great!  Everything went smoothly and Kevin was very helpful!
