Extremely knowledgeable staff. Peter helped me find a great mattress and when the deal he offered was no longer available to me he went out of his way to make sure I got what I was initially offered. I had looked at a few other Mattress Firm locations prior to stopping at Mount Kisco, and did not get nearly as friendly or helpful service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal.

Went there for the first time today and Bryan was the salesperson. Great guy! Helped me out with everything, being a rookie mattress buyer, and highly recommend if you're looking for something new to sleep on!

Mattress Firm formally known as Sleepy 's in Mount Kisco was fantastic. I had a great experience buying my youngest son his first big boy bed: it was fun and exciting. Peter the manager and Jeff the sales person were informative, patient and kind. However, the box spring showed up ripped and damaged. I tried to contact Mattress Firm's customer service; they have been completely unresponsive! I am SHOCKED! I've already told 3 friends this story . . . and it's only been 24 hours. They cannot believe it either. DONE with Mattress Firm.
