By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.  Salesman Chris Saunders was great helping me to pick the right truck for what I use it for in my business and the finance guy,  Ralph went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into and as fast as possible so I didn't have to miss work.  And as far as the warranty,  every thing say is true and the service department is great and extremely thorough in a couple of minor issues I had after purchasing.  They made it right with no hassle and also went out of there way to make sure I didn't skip a beat with work.  Truly an awesome team and again a special thanks to Chris Saunders,  Ralph,  and service department on making this truck buying experience the best it could possibly be.

I had the best experience at Auction Direct USA. The staff there will above and beyond to get you the car you want and at a great price. Everyone there was laid back and professional, and I spend maybe only a hour and a half the do everything. I wasn't pressured into anything, my salesman Tyler, made sure I got what I wanted and at the price I was willing to pay. This is my first car loan ever, and I LOVE MY CAR ! I most definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place to get a car.

Purchase date: February 2016 I went here and pretty much sold myself a car. No sales pitches needed because the car I wanted they had just fully detailed and were preparing to place on sales floor. I saw it, had to have and drove it off the lot. If you want to buy a car great but service is non existent. Countless calls, voice mails no response. Service department seems to always go to voicemail. However, one day I decided to try the sales option when calling and voila' rep was on the phone in no time. When I told her I called for service she transferred me to the service department. The result, voicemail. I ended up taking my car to George Moore Chevrolet and paid $50 for an oil change. My complimentary services and $16.95 oil changes I never had a chance to use. There were some paperwork issues because the salesman was new. I was given an IOU for my vehicle's spare key because staff couldn't find it. But they were really quick and the guy came to my job to make the key. Fast forward to black Friday 2016 I never received correspondence from anyone regarding my concerns but I did receive a post card from service department that I was "missed" ( I still go to Chevy dealership and always will) and a text from my salesman Xavier to write a review for a contest. Also, I had to take my car loan for a review turns out it was written incorrectly.

When I came in with my friend, we had our hearts set on getting an economical good car for me and my future. Luckily, we were led by Thomas Webster who showed us the ins and outs of the cars on the lot as all the cars we saw were those make and model that I wished for. Thomas was patient with our questions and observations on each of the cars we saw, inspected, and observed. After I drove a few of the cars I had in mind, I knew that I found the best car for in all entirety. Thomas is a great car sales person because of his product knowledge on the cars, their features, and details which he informed especially for me. Through his patience and understanding with us, I finally found, bought, and got the car of my dreams and prayers. Thomas is the best in what he does.

I felt welcome the second I walked in the door. Smiles everywhere right when we walked in.  Xavier made feel comfortable when I expressed my concerns about getting approved. He made me feel confidant that I was walking out of there with a car. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure he I got the answer. Even after the sell, he was still willing to return phone calls to me. I was really impressed with the service from him and all the staff. They all seemed to have fun and enjoy where they work. Thank you Xavier and Thank you Auction Direct!! Thank you for making my dream come true on owning my first SUV!
