I have purchased numerous vehicles from Tillman and have always had a wonderful experience. Their prices are great and their employees are outstanding. They are so thoughtful and always help me find the perfect vehicle for me. I can't thank them enough for all the years of great personal service!  I highly recommend!!!

Both me & my husband love this place. We purchased a truck back in July & just purchased another car here recently. Derrick & Chad were very helpful & gave us a very satisfied customer service. The whole staff is very amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very very good place to buy a reliable car.

Drove a little under three hours to test drive a vehicle at Tillman. Prior to taking our trip there, Thomas, the salesman with whom we were speaking, did an excellent job communicating details about the vehicle and sent us many detailed pictures that we requested. 

The staff was friendly and seemed to desire to be helpful regarding giving details (spoke with two different sales people.)

Our one major disappointment, which is the reason for three stars, is that upon test driving the vehicle, we discovered there was something significantly wrong with it. We strongly suspect the problem was related to the transmission. 

Our salesperson was surprised to hear about what we had experienced in our brief test drive (under ten minutes,) and stated that he didn't experience the same issue when he had driven the vehicle earlier that day. That was surprising to us.

He said he'd look into what the issue could be and would contact us that day to give us details. Though we never did hear from Thomas, we're thankful we went to Jacksonville with the purpose of checking out the vehicle at Tillman. Had we not made the trip, we may not have found our new vehicle. We spotted the vehicle we ended up purchasing at another dealership close by as we made a u-turn to return early from our failed test drive.

I had a very good experience purchasing a car from Tillman Auto. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help. Our salesperson, Manny, did an awesome job. There was never any pressure to sell me something, he just answered all of my questions thoroughly and then let me buy what I wanted. The finance manager, Nick, got me a lower rate and better terms than I expected. Mr Tillman, the owner, spent quality time with me during the process and was very accommodating to my needs. He is a super nice man. I would definitely reccomend Tillman Auto to friends and neighbors. I got a great price on the car I wanted.

I saw a car online and called to see if the car was available. I set up an appointment to go see it the next day after work. After test driving it Derek our salesman took the time to give us all the details and information on the car and buying process. We were very satisfied with the service. Everyone in the dealer was very polite and helpful, making it one of the better car buying experience we've had. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
