I took Donna’s car in for service and Angel fixed me up with a rental car. The car was in need of a few important repairs. I have never gone back to a dealer twice. However I know that I will be doing business with Audi Calabasas for the years to come. I Strongly recommend Shawn (GM) and his team for the level of service and the professionalism that they offer their clients. This has been one of my best experience dealing with a car dealer. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would in a heart beat. Not only did they have my car for a week, but they managed to completely ruin it in the process. One speaker was not working so they supposedly fixed the entire dashboard. As soon as I left the dealership I noticed that they had wiped the navigation from my car and I had to go back where they made me wait an additional hour so they could fix it. The speaker still gave me trouble the next day. A week later my rear view camera stopped working so I took it to Keyes Audi, which is closer to me. They have had my car for almost two weeks because they have to keep fixing problems that this dealership caused. Do not bring your car here unless you want it to be wrecked. The service staff is rude, vulgar, degrading to women and they do not fix cars, they ruin lives. Please save yourself from a traumatic experience and do not come here.

When I brought my Audi in for the Emissions Fix, an oil leak was also discovered.  I was promptly offered a loaner car that I kept for a week, while the necessary part was ordered, the oil leak fixed, and it was all completed under warranty.  Had the leak not been discovered until my car went in for service, in an additional 2,000 miles, I would have had to pay for the fix.  But those at Audi Calabasas were thorough in their work, they discovered the leak, they fixed it promptly at no cost to me, and they supplied me with a loaner for the duration.  Those in service at Audi Calabasas are excellent.  Lyndsey Livingston, my service advisor, and John Eshelman, the service manager, are both outstanding and go out of their way to provide the best to their customers.

Easy in, easy out.   My service advisor Angel went above and beyond.   Even had them buff out a scratch on the hood without asking, at no charge.   Can't ask for more than that.
