My fiancé and I were in the market for a Mini and we had bad experience at another mini dealer but we wanted to check out this one. We saw the mini we wanted and were quickly treated by Brittany. She was very friendly and welcoming and knew her stuff. Long story short Brittany helped us out and we ended up getting the Mini we sought out on getting . 5 stars! We are going to be shopping with them for years to come .

Bob Smith beat all the price offers I received, and did everything they could do to expedite the paperwork process. In and out in 20 minutes. Great service. Would recommend. Update: service was awful. Don't go here for service. It's just a waste of time. Take it to any other dealer.

Bob Smith is great for BMW service.  My advisor Paul Simms is always helpful and gets me in and out with a loaner in very little time.  The car was fixed the same day and everyone there is professional and helpful.  Five stars!

Best service visit I've had. This place got me in and out without any fuss, and that's what I like. From the time I booked the appt online to the moment I got my car back, it was a the most seamless process I've ever experienced. The 3-series loaner I got had a somewhat beat-up interior. That's the only reason why I am 99%, instead of 100%, satisfied.

The service department is the best, especially Josh Gates. He has gone to bat for me several times with the factory and took care of me. I have not bothered to try anywhere else because of them.
