I don’t know where to start. Everything was great and a lot more than expected. I rented a leisure unity for a trip to Yosemite. 

The RV was more than accommodating. I’ve went with my wife and kids and the setup of the RV was great especially when you have little kids. The corner bed was very comfortable and the dining table turns into a bed in minutes. The slide out made a huge difference when camping and getting in and out of the RV.

Luxe RV was upfront with everything and the RV was fully equipped. Only additional charge was cleaning and dumping which I was made aware of

called this place of bussiness and spoke to a very rude receptionist who was not helpful at all, made me think that if I had an issue to resolve, she would not help at all. She she kept insisting that I pay the entire rental fee up front before they can deliver the rv. I don't trust any establishment who wants an entire fee up front before delivering the goods

Thank you for answering our emails so fast and for explaining us everything so clear.

In the beginning we were afraid that it would be hard to drive the RV (we had no experience with RV‘s) but when we started, everything worked so fine and easy thanks to this beautiful Mercedes RV‘s that almost drive itself!

Before relying on the negative comments you see online, first talk to this guys at LuxeRV so that you will get proper informed and do not belive all the lies that you see online!!!

This company is fantastic! Professional, accommodating and flexible.  Andrew and the rest of the staff are wonderful.  There luxury RV's are clean and beautifully detailed.  I work with them repeatedly.  You won't be disappointed!

Overall a very positive experience.  On short notice, they were able to change our pick up schedule to meet us at the airport.  Additionally, Adriane was very responsive to any issue we had, even showing up in person in Reno, NV to help with a minor shower problem.   I would highly recommend using this company for future RV rentals.
