Owned 15 Lexus' over a 20 year period for me and my wife. We thought their service department in Woodland Hills was  the best in the world. That was until we bought 2 MB from MB Calabasas. They have exceeded all of our expectations (as a prior Lexus owner)  above and beyond what we had hoped. Got to admit those folks know how to service the car and the customer. I'd give them a 6 star rating if they had one.

This is my second Mercedes with Calabasas.   They are wonderful and Kyle is a dream to deal with.   First time ever, that they do what they say they are going to do and we have been through a lot.  As a single woman, your car is important and that you can trust it will never leave you stranded. Day or night Calabasas Dealership has helped me and I can rely on them. Even for service they have a loaner ready for me.  I highly recommend them.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas - fantastic  service and a dealership you can trust. As a busy professional I 
love the fact that they value my time and work around my schedule to fit me in. I used to deal with another Mercedes dealership who was just interested in selling me the car. I chose to move my business to this dealership almost 2 years ago and have been coming back ever since. They take the time to explain the recommended work and do not push you into services you were not expecting. Great after service follow up, straight forward pricing and very competitive. Ask for Kyle.

I wish there is a different way of giving stars. Five stars for Jeremy R, my sales, Jason and Angel in the service department.
I was getting my third car from Calabasas last week, the sales has always been amazing.  I dealt with Artie for years before,  and Jeremy R was my sales this time, he was so awesome, made it very easy and offered me very good deal, very professional, and accommodating. The service department Jason and Angle were great too, they took care of my brand new E300, and explained the problem. 
But the sales manager Pete was incredible rude when he saw my first review of what happened to my new car and my experience  (since removed), he called me and said if I want more help I need to take off the review and hung up on me.  Even worse when I went pick up my car,  he told me to get out of his sales building and I am not welcome, and he was glad that he doesn't have to deal with me any more. if I wasn't a woman and Asian, I wouldn't be treated that way.  
My new car had trouble twice, instead of enjoying it,  I had experienced a lot of frustration and wasted a lot of energy dealing with it, I didn't deserve the way Pete treated me, it was very unprofessional.

Although my car was in the shop awhile... Service was awesome.  They gave me the best service ever.  Andrew communicated with me on a daily basis keeping updated on the progress of my car. They even delivered my car to my work bc i was so busy that day.  Love love Love the service here!!!!
