I really prefer to spend my money locally as I am a small business owner. I realize that you are able to buy the same products online and at some discount stores. The customer service is hard to put a price on, if you have a issue with anything audio this is the best place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and don't push a item that is not going to work for the application to what you are working on. Shawn is a great person to deal with and is extremely interested to ensure that the product you get will work with your situation. The pricing is great but again you can not put a price on experience and knowledge. I have  dealt with them pulling out approximately five years never been disappointed.  Thanks again for the great products and support, 10 stars if possible!

I like to give business to the local retailers rather than shop on line.  I bought a pair of sub woofers, amplifier and stereo for my son this last Christmas. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.  My son had the speakers for less than 4 months before one of them went bad.  Went back to the store and they did not have them in stock so I upgraded to a higher end pair of woofers. The store did credit me the original price toward the newer pair at least.  Less than 2 weeks later his stereo started overheating  - turning itself off and on and finally died before we could make it back into the store.  I had his vehicles electrical system checked and there were no issues found.  The product was still under warranty but unfortunately the store was unable to provide an identical replacement unit but rather had to send that unit off for repairs.  It has been over a month now getting repaired and no estimated time for return as the repair parts are apparently on backorder.  Extremely frustrated as for the amount of money spent he has had very little use or enjoyment.  For the headaches we have encountered I really expected the store to replace the unit with a comparable one rather than waiting on repairs.  I will buy on-line next time as I see no advantage to purchasing locally.

Thank you Matt for looking into this and resolving the issue.   I have adjusted my review as I could not ask for a better response.  I do want to re-iterate throughout this whole experience the  staff have been extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional.  This restores my faith for shopping locally.

I recommend speaking with Matt Heartberger if your going to Audiotronics.  He will go out of his way to take care of you.  This place is top notch!

Michael Lehman provided exceptional customer service when I purchased a set of wireless headphones recently. I appreciated his knowledge and patience. I plan to skip the discount and big box stores in the future, and head straight to Audiotronics for my audio needs!
