We don't live in Roanoke, but was there for a day trip and saw this store is going out of business. I am sure there are some good people who work there, BUT customer service is HORRIBLE! We talked to a sales associate, Chris, who told us to call back the next day to see if the entertainment center we wanted had been discounted again. When I called back, I was pretty much told they didn't have time to send a sales associate to look and they didn't know if it had been discounted down again. I am disappointed, because we have been looking for an entertainment center for about 2 years & thought we had found the perfect one!!

Bought a computer from the in store financing they have. Paid extra for a warranty. Paid the computer off early. Computer got damaged, when it came time to make a claim the warranty company couldn't find any info on me, ( of course ). Took a week worth of calls to finally get it straight. Funny they didn't have any problem finding my info when it came payment time. Well I shipped it off at MY EXPENSE!! It's been almost a moth and not a word from anyone. No more of my business hhgregg. Next stop will be Best Buy. Be careful people, they are fast to take your money but slow to honor their word.

Decent store. Recently purchased a laptop here.... process went smoothly. No big problems. Just the store manager.... named Ron. I had a very hard time believing he was the manager. I would never believe it if he had just been a passerby and said he was a manager at hhgregg. Very unprofessional and was leaning on merchandise chatting and ignoring customers.

Sales personnel can be pushy at times, but their 0 interest credit card promos can be good for a quick buy on a high price item.

My sister went in to purchase a TV and the staff was very rude...instead of showing us where to go they just pointed their fingers and when my sister asked a question the sales associate said...what?!  We just politely walked out the door.  No one said anything...POOR customer service...will never shop there again and wouldn't recommend others.
