I bought a 2015 BMW and when I test drove it the front driver side wheel was flat. I was told it was just low on air so I trusted what was told.  Not even 1000 put on it and the sidewall of the tire blew out.  I told the salesman and the response I got was “that sucks”. I had to pay 400$ for a new run flat tire.  The dealership that replaced it found a nail in the tire and said it was test drove flat and wore the side wall down and that’s where it blew out.  Plus there is a hole in the coolant hose and leaks out all the coolant if the engine is running so I can’t drive.  I reached out to salesman and was very little help.  I asked if I was going to be refunded for the tire and if they would fix the coolant...no.  I finally got a number to call and left a message and no call back.  Car is just sitting.  Good to get the sale after that they don’t care.

Buying my 2018 Ford Explorer from Matt D. At Auffenberg Ford was a great experience! We did alot of communication before I came in to the showroom so he knew exactly what my expectations were. My car was waiting for me to test drive, and the paperwork was painless! I can definitely say that Matt and Auffenberg exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely return for my next purchase!!

Everyone was really helpful and supportive, sans the finances guy. I felt extremely pressured into purchasing the extended warranty and gap insurance. Ultimately, I ended up with a much higher payment. I worked with Kenny Kent, who collaborate with me to get a low payment and a car that fit my needs, without overselling. The financial man was REALLY pushy. He was an older man and kept throwing numbers out too quickly to understand. In the end, I got the extended warranty, but my monthly payment is up by $50. Too late to undo it! If this man had not been so heavy handed, I would give them 5 stars.

I, regrettably, had to have a recall repair done on my Ranger and Auffenberg Ford did everything they could to make it as pain-free as possible. They ordered parts, let me know when they were in, I dropped off my truck and a few hours later I was good to go. Chris Dunn, and everyone there, is a champion.

Easiest car buying experience ever. They pay attention to every detail and have superior customer service. I would buy my next car there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.
