Don't pass this place up while looking for nice used cars and trucks at fair prices. Salesman Justin B. was so helpful and made the whole car buying experience as easy as it can be.  The whole staff was super friendly and I can vouch for their Auffenberg Honesty Policy, I felt they were completely transparent with the transaction.. The vehicle that I picked didn't work out for my needs so they let me return it (within their 150 miles or 3 days plus pay 3%) then they offered to help me find something else. The whole experience was so good that I will come back again when my fiance is ready for her next vehicle. Thank you so much.

The people are friendly and they really made it go smoothly. It took longer than I thought but then again, we don’t buy a car everyday. We didn’t know the amount of time it can take. We left with a smile and that’s what counts. We looked at lots of vehicles via the internet and the best bang for our buck was there. It was completely worth the drive to get what we wanted. Our salesman, Jake, seemed upfront the whole way through while being friendly.

First of all I apologize for taking some time to write this review but I had to leave town right after I received my truck back in December from the body shop and just recently returned.  I took my Ford Ranger to the shop for body restoration from rust, and for a full paint job, and the work that Mike Shirley and his folks completed was just fantastic.  They took pains in working the little details and the result is amazing.  The logos were replaced, new lettering, buffed the front head lamps, grill, etc, etc.  The final paint job itself is of extremely high quality and very professional in all the sense of the word.  The truck looks brand new.  As a matter of fact my friends state it even looks better than when new.  I know it was not an easy job as there was plenty of rust to deal with (due to salt on the streets) but the difference between then and now is amazing. Throughout the duration of the job Mike kept me up to date, and was very professional and courteous each and every time we talked. He also recommended (and I agreed) to replace the real shackles which were very rusted and could had turned into a safety issue.  Also took care of an outstanding truck recall issue that I had forgotten to take care of.  In summary and to repeat myself, Mike and his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB.  With their quality of work, performance and overall attitude they demonstrated to be among the best, and Mike a true professional. That's a great team Auffenberg has in there.

I recently took my car in to Ford Belleville Service and have them checkout why the washer fluid was not working. While test driving my technician had some concerns regarding my front suspension and after it was all said and done the entire repair cost was paid out by the warranty company I had bought my extended warranty from when I bought the car used last March. I only paid my $100.00 deductible plus a few more dollars for misc. parts. KUDOS to the entire Service Team and a special THANK YOU to Ray Adams who I feel is the BEST Auto Technician employed by Auffenberg Ford. If all the rest are half as good as he is then Auffenberg should do all they can to keep these people working for them! Thanks again to all who made my experience the best I have had at a car dealership in years!

Our experience was amazing!! Everyone was amazing! Made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Mike (manager) was great to deal with & so was Kelsey. I can’t say enough about them or our experience.  Everybody was friendly & had smiles on their faces. We will definitely go back when we need another vehicle!
