I went to Sunset Ford in Waterloo after I had a car accident and totaled my car. Jon Lloyd greeted us and gave us top notch service.  It was the best service I have ever had with a dealership. From Jon my sales person to Mike Rich the sales manager to Jimmy the finance manager.  It was excellent service.  I would recommend these guys to everyone.  I couldn’t of asked for a better outcome to an awful day.

I went in to Sunset Ford expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle, thinking it was out of my price range. Jon Loyd warmly greeted us and was very genuine. Jon took the time to give me all of my options and was never once pushy. I ended up getting a brand new 2018 Ford Escape that I LOVE and can afford. Jon even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I would recommend Sunset Ford! It was worth the hour drive to get there, but mostly I recommend Jon Loyd, hands down the Best Sales Rep I've ever delt with! We'll see you again this weekend to purchase another great deal!

I had such a good experience Saturday purchasing my new Escape with George and Jim. They helped me so much. This was my 1st purchase by myself and made it so easy. I had done my homework before I came in and they made it easy as 1, 2 3, and when I left I felt like we made a great deal and I was one happy camper. Thank you again for taking the time to make sure I was well satisfied with my purchase.

We went in looking at a specific vehicle that we had found online. Jon was there to help us out throughout the process. Jon and the entire team at Sunset Ford were very transparent, honest and not pushy in the least bit. Jon is a personable guy that just wants to help you ease through the purchasing process. We were very pleased with the work that Jon and the rest of the team were able to provide us.

Joe at Sunset ford Waterloo went above and beyond for my car buying experience. He made sure everything was taken care of for me and I could not be happier with my car! Thanks Joe for everything! I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to go see Joe! Also, Jimmy in finance helped land me in my new car. Thanks Joe and Jimmy, I will be back in a few years when I'm ready to upgrade!
