I bought a 2015 BMW and when I test drove it the front driver side wheel was flat. I was told it was just low on air so I trusted what was told.  Not even 1000 put on it and the sidewall of the tire blew out.  I told the salesman and the response I got was “that sucks”. I had to pay 400$ for a new run flat tire.  The dealership that replaced it found a nail in the tire and said it was test drove flat and wore the side wall down and that’s where it blew out.  Plus there is a hole in the coolant hose and leaks out all the coolant if the engine is running so I can’t drive.  I reached out to salesman and was very little help.  I asked if I was going to be refunded for the tire and if they would fix the coolant...no.  I finally got a number to call and left a message and no call back.  Car is just sitting.  Good to get the sale after that they don’t care.

Excellent buying experience! Customer service was top notch! I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Charlie Kohler for their car purchase, he was super friendly and made our car buying experience a great one.

Could not recommend a better dealership. Jeff Loomis was amazing!! He managed to get us the price we were looking for and was so patient with us!! If we need to do business again, will definitely be coming here. Thank you Jeff for all the hard work you did!!

I purchased my Mazda from here ... The service was so so but when it came to the issues I had Lucas came in and saved the day making sure that all of the issues were resolved. If you ever have to use the service Dept ask for Lucas cause he is your guy!
