I have a rescue and he hates vets and groomers so when I take him to get his nails clipped he becomes a vicious dog. Vicious vicious vicious. He's only 19 pounds! So when I warn the vet's office they laugh at me but I reiterate several times. And Saturday when I took him in they took him to the back and they came right back with all his nails trimmed. I didn't hear him scream or bark! That's why I go to Austin Vet Care at metric. My vet is Dr. Tracy and she is awesome as is the staff.

My 2 dogs had their teeth cleaned this week and we had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth. I was updated 3 times throughout the day and received a follow up call the next day. My babies are doing great at home because of the excellent care they received at Austin Vet Care.

Best vet care I have ever received! They remember me, and my pets and are super personable! I would recommend them to anyone!

The vet found things even I had missed just doing a general check on my dogs while we were there to figure out if the whole bones swallowed were going to require surgery to remove. A thorough explanation of everything was given as well as options and how best to proceed. They have followed up with me proactively and I feel very comfortable withe the level of care and attention being given to my Aussies.
