I love coming to Thrive! They have taken care of my 2 small dogs for the last 2 years. They did a dental cleaning and teeth extraction last month and was very reasonably priced. The $10 office exams is a great deal! Love that they accept Care credit as well.

This place used to be great. I have been bringing my cats here since they opened this location. I have recommended this vet to every pet owner I know. But in the last 6-12 months, the service has become horrible. The vets are great, but whoever is answering the phones is seriously the worst. They are rude and just unhelpful. I have switched to another vet, which I hate to do. I hope this place gets back on track with their customer service.

They are very strict with the appointment times. They will refuse to see your pet if you are not there on time. We were twenty minutes late for the appointment at 1 p.m., but 10 minutes early for the one at 1:30 p.m. the same day, two different pets. The first appointment was a dental CONSULT and the second was a six month heartworm shot and a dental consult. I felt the heartworm shot took priority, so we only did that. I had already asked before the appointment, how much would the shot be so we could be financially prepared. I was told $36. When we were giving consent to give the shot, a $7.50 technician fee was added as well.
Okay, we are at an affordable pet care place, but they are charging fees for everything.
February is dental care month. Okay, that is why we were taking in the pets to start this three appointment process. I was told first there is a consult appointment. $15 for each pet, then another appointment for lab work, finally the dental cleaning appointment. It will take ALL the month of February to do this! I am very disappointed in this process.

Only the prices get a star,my 4yr.old 🐕.Could of died due to vet misdiagnosed.Thank God,at time I took her,didn't have $$ for treatment of parvo.(shots were udated)Was told to take here to E.R They didn't agree with parvo,retested..negative! Vet at Thrive suggested E R did test incorrect.She ended up with major surgery,ruptured intestines due to foreign object.Can't $$ me to use them!

I really shouldn’t even be giving them a one star but I am because the first visit, the doctor let my daughter listen to our dogs heart. 
But be careful here.  They want you to keep purchasing the puppy package every single visit and you must bring your puppy in every 3-4 weeks to get their shots which they don’t explain any of that to you.  I have not ever had to do this before with puppies. I only tried this place to try to save money but in the long run, you’re spending more. Ton the second visit, They also took my dog in the back and supposedly examed him and gave his shots to him in the back without telling/asking us if that’s was ok. So now we really don’t know if he actually got his shots on the second visit. The vet also didn’t spend any time with us to go over and concerns we may have or how he looks. 
 If your gut tells you to think twice about this place, you need to go to an actual vet. Which we will be doing so.
