First, I apologize for the delay in this review, time ALWAYS wins. I bought a 2007 Yukon Denali XL from auto country about a year ago and now getting around for this review. I must laugh at not only some of these one star reviews here, but as well as any other dealership. Listen, it's rather simple people. You are buying a USED car, with lots of miles. If you want brand new, then go to a new car dealer and pay the price. A used car is that. A risk to any buyer. It could be perfect today, and tomorrow something can break! It's not the dealer's fault unless they hid the issues, but any educated buyer can generally see past this. Now, this is my review/experience. It was simple, easy transaction, and they sold a solid vehicle. I drove nearly 4 hours to buy this here (price attracted me). They really went through this truck and replace a lot of things, and made it right. Even at the time of negotiation, they fixed a broken door handle and rear defrost line (none are state inspection items). I even requested at my cost to replace plugs and wires, and they sent pictures to me during the process for piece of mind. I still to this day have an occasional issue, but it's an 11 year old truck with 170K, so it's expected, and at NO WAY do I blame the dealer! Just fix it and keep driving. We took it on a 10 hour trip to DC with 5 kids, two adults, and our luggage last week with no issues. Great experience, great truck, and be cautious over these one star reviews. AND PLEASE, if you have an immediate issue with the car as you drive off, this dealer probably didn't know about it. Be nice and courteous, as they will in return and try to rectify the situation. They don't want to loose their reputation over something silly.  Leaving a bad review and nasty comments shows the characteristics of yourself, and those bad reviews probably travel with you from dealer to dealer. I apologize that I don't recall the gentleman's name I worked with, but up most professional and respectful and patient. Thanks!!!!

Casey and Sam went above and beyond!!! Casey made sure I drove every car on the lot before deciding...and even after I decided and left a deposit the next day a car matching the exact description of what I wanted came in and they called to let me know and after I test drove it they swapped everything thing over no questions asked. Sam busted his but getting the best terms for financing even setting me up with a credit union for future financing goals. Would recommend to everyone I know!!! 5 stars!!!

Sam is a really good man! He was honest and forthright in his interactions and worked hard to make things work out. He knows his stuff and will advocate for the customer. He made buying a car from Auto Country a positive and empowering experience!!!

We just a truck here today with Kasey and Sam great guys very helpful, friendly and courteous.. I would very highly recommended this place, great job keep up the good work 👍

I brought two SUV's and one Truck, and never had a complaint,  if anything went wrong they fix it! Love the workers and the Owner! And I'm getting ready to bring family members there!
