I'm editing my previous review of Quirk after top notch response to my concerns regarding problems with the vehicle I purchased from Quirk a few months ago. The manager Brandon was extremely helpful, responsive and truly wanted to make sure that the issues we faced in buying the car are addressed at the dealership and that the problem we were having with the car, just a few months after purchase, was taken care of. The service department at Quirk Subaru was friendly, relatively fast and communicated throughout the repair process. Brandon authorized repair of not only the immediate issue with the car but also one that would potentially have been an issue a few months down the road. Overall, I'm very pleased with the response to our frustrations and think Brandon is a fantastic manager and the Subaru service department did a great job!

Matt was extremely helpful great sense of humor. Asked what we were looking for so types of cars and features as well as price. Was able to give several cars that stayed within the budget we set with all the features we asked for. Compared to other sellers from other dealerships, very happy we had Matt to help us.

Tom was an awesome sales person, very friendly and helpful. Got a great value for my trade and got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. They don’t push extra warranties, very professional. Highly recommend

Positive overall experience here. Worked exclusively with Matthew M., with the assistance of David. Matthew has been great regarding following up, answering any questions and standing behind the vehicle once purchased and making us feel confident overall. Would recommend in comparison to other dealers, as we feel great about buying our first car here.

I NEVER post reviews. But my experience at Quirk was so horrendous that it I feel like I am obligated to. I accompanied my mother to look at cars at Quirk on 1/23. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Getting them to show us the cars we wanted to see was like pulling out teeth. They were very aggressive and kept asking for financial information, when all we wanted to do was look at the cars. It is very obvious that they are looking to make a quick sale, and don’t actually care about the customer. The experience was very stressful and upsetting for my mom, who had just been in a bad car accident. I would give Quirk 0 stars if I could.
