Shopping at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree was made easy by our salesman Richard King! He was awesome!!! Richard was extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend seeing him! They had many vehicles on the lot to look at, which was helpful when choosing the options we wanted! Herb Chambers Ford made shopping for a new vehicle enjoyable, compared to my past experiences. After choosing my car and receiving a thorough explanation of how to use the new technology, I still had many questions. I was never made to feel as if I were an inconvenience. I was invited to come back in, so he could personally explain how to operate things. The agreement process and paperwork were completed in record time and I was in and out driving home in a new car in about three hours! I had previously done a lot of research and I feel confident that I got a great deal on my new vehicle. I will definitely be returning to Herb Chamber Ford in the future to see Richard and would give both him and the dealership a ten star rating!!!

I purchased a 2016 F-150 Lariat Supercrew from Herb Chambers Ford. The experience from start to finish of getting the vehicle couldn't have gone any smoother. I called, spoke to Brandon Williams, told him what I wanted. He located a near perfect match as to what I was looking for. Test drove the vehicle, negotiated a price for my trade, and decided to buy it. Like a lot of people, I never look forward to shopping for a vehicle. The stories of sleazy salespeople, bait and switch, pressure tactics have always made me skeptical of car dealers. It was a pleasure working with Brandon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. The dealership is fortunate to have him in their employ. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Going forward I will certainly recommend to my family, friends, and co-workers that when they are in the need of a vehicle, that they check out Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree. Be sure to ask for Brandon. You won't be disappointed.

A total class act. I'd give 10 stars if I could. These guys really know how to satisfy their customers. I went to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree looking to lease a new f150. I was greeted by a nice lady at the desk who directed me to Franky Santiago. It was cold and icy out that day, but Franky stayed outside with me in the cold until he helped find the truck that suited my purpose and my finances.This guy really took the time to find a truck that met my needs...lots of paperwork, looking over invoices and finding the right lease for me. I was almost ready to make the deal on one particular truck, but I really liked the blue one with more options, unfortunately it wouldn't fit my finances. Franky said he would talk to his manager Rick and see what they could do. The manager came over, introduced himself and offered me the blue truck that was $2000 more, with more options at the same price....AWESOME!!!

I did my own research before going so I knew the exact vehicle I wanted. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice and easy to deal with. My salesperson was Richard King and he made my car buying experience easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

In the past I have dreaded th e-card buying experience until now. The folks at Herb Chambers really are different: attentive not pushy, listen without interjecting and relaxed not tense/no pressure. The three gentleman I worked with were kind and funny. I would encourage everyone who needs a vehicle to check them out. Thanks guys I love my car Vinetta 2018 Ford Edge
