I heard about dealership stories and tried to avoid it as much as I can but they had the car I was looking for and decided to check it out. I met with Sam and made it a pleasant experience. Even though I was going for this particular make and model, he suggested I should look other models too. We test drove two cars, the one that I wanted to see and the one he suggested. I liked the car he suggested even more. He didn’t not rush me at all even though I went there right before closing and at the end, he gave me his honest opinion. He was just GREAT.

I had a great experience with North End Motors buying my new car. Everyone was a pleasure. Geoffrey was super helpful and attentive to my needs/ concerns about the cars, and price range. Brian in financing was also very nice and easy to work with and changed everything around to fit what worked for us. If there was anything semi- negative I could add, I felt like they totalled rushes my detail the day I was picking up my car cause there was a lot of spots they missed. But everything else was awesome and I’m very satisfied with my purchase so far.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at North End Motors . Hence, Rob Price’s professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged. We recently purchased from Chris White at North End Motors. By far one of the most comfortable and easy purchases we've ever made. The dealership gave us an excellent value on our trade, they made the whole process so easy. It felt like we were part of the family from start to finish. Even when I returned to pick up the plates the staff was welcoming and talkative while I waited. I would highly recommend this dealership for any used vehicle purchase. They are very particular about the vehicles they sell and genuinely care about each customer.

Our salesman J D was great. Patient and listened to my concerns. Vehicle was just as good as shown online and we were pleased with this purchase. We had been looking at several dealers,  North End Motors had the best prices and vehicles I would recommend them to a friend and send them to J D .
