I must admit I went to Community Automotive Repair CAR with high expectations.  I was lured by the good reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not as good. I went for a few common warnings in the dash of my car. They kept my car for over a month and they returned it with en airbag error that didn’t have before plus the original errors. After a lot of wasted time, and unnecessary communications they fixed their airbag mistake.  I suspect because it is a 2004 Mercedes it was not worth their time. But for $700 I got a free car wash, they mounted two used tires that I had (Later I found you should never change only two tires in an AWD to prevent transmission problems. I wish CAR had warned me of that)  They were able to fix only one error from what they had originally promised. It is  the open hood warning message, which according to CAR it was just a crossed cable connector.

Recommended by a friend, this place delivered. I worked with Dave and he was great. My car was fixed in 1 day. The price was good, my car runs great again, and I was very pleased with the customer service. I found a great mechanic that I trust.

This is the third time I've gone to them for small problems with both cars. They're always professional and are able to fit me in quickly. They're free shuttle is a wonderful bonus. Super place!

I have been a long time customer of Community Automotuve. I have always been treated with the utmost in professionalism. They listen to you, provide feedback, but most importantly fix your car or truck right the first time. Only once did I have to return any of my vehicles, and that was due to a manufacturing defect in a part they used. The stood behind their work 100%. 

Is Community Auto the cheapest place to have fix your vehicle - no. But you get what you pay for and that is what counts to me.

I've had my Volvo since 2005, however, it's a 1998. Community Auto Repair has been taking care of my car since I've had it. She still runs like she did the first day I got her.  I am always pleased with the work they do and customer service I receive from Dave is top quality. He's easy to talk with about my vehicle and he always looks for the best for my vehicle but what's economically affordable for me.  I appreciate everyone at Community Auto from Dick, to Dave to the mechanics and the drivers.  Although I must say, Beth is my favorite.  I know my car is in good hands with Community Auto Repair.
