It is the intention of River Valley Auto Group to utilize our Facebook fan page to be informative and enjoyable for everyone.

In the spirit of community cooperation, we know we will be asked to promote other area businesses, organizations and events. In order to be fair, if we are tagged by another group in the promotion of an event, we will allow it within reason. However, excessive tagging by a single business, group or organization will be removed by the social media administrator. We are happy to share links to events relating to local non-profit groups or groups working in conjunction with the River Valley Auto Group on a project. For example, if your group is earning money through our donation program, we will most definitely mention it on our Facebook fan page. However, tagging us consistently in your personal business's social media promotions will not be allowed.

Collaborative projects must be approved by the social media administrator and posts made without approval will be removed.

Please obtain permission before using any of the material on our site for personal use. Exceptions are of course use of the share feature. Unless expressly stated, photos, videos, logos and verbiage are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If you would like permission to use or reproduce material on the fan page, please contact the River Valley Auto Group’s social media administrator.

It is our mission to make sure we offer the best possible service. Constructive criticism helps us achieve this goal by showing us places for improvement.
