My wife and I were in town for a convention and picked up a piece of metal in our Odyssey's tire. The service writer was a very nice and professional person. She got our van in right away. Fixed our tire, made sure our other tires were equal air and sent us on our way in 20 minutes for $10!

Mechanics are respectful, but the woman working the front counter is insufferable. She literally barks demands at you and can't so much as even say "hello". I'd like to come back because the rest of the staff was great, but I'd prefer to at least be treated respectfully when I walk in the door, before I hand over hundreds of dollars...

Spent about 2 grand over the course of a year bringing my car in to be fixed (everything from radiator to power steering). The people at the shop seemed nice so I continued going back. 

I'm pretty sure they use salvaged parts but charge you for new. I've had every single part they've fixed break and had to get them repaired at another shop. 

I would not recommend anyone go to this tuffy, you're better off paying $100 on a tow to a better shop that stands by it's work.

Old-school shop (in a good way). Quick turnaround time, reasonable prices and honest service. Ask about payment plan, loaner or a ride while your car is being repaired.

Awful, terrible, first come first serve. Terrible service! Go to the tuffys by 44th and Clyde park.
