I tried this place for the first time to get an oil change. 2 weeks later my car was spilling oil on my way home from work and I had to get towed to a dealership. The dealership called the next day to tell me that Auto-Lab put the wrong oil filter on my car. The dealership changed the oil and returned my car, only for me to drive my car down the road and know something was very wrong. I took it back to the dealership, and after they took another look they determined that the turbo in my engine was bad from all of the oil spilling over everything. (Side note: Not too happy that the dealership sent me home in this vehicle in the first place). I then called Auto-Lab who offered to change the turbo. They had someone tow my car to them on Friday and said they had someone to come in over the weekend specifically to fix it. I didn't hear anything from them so I called on Monday to be told that they had ordered the wrong part. So finally Tuesday I had to drive another 40 minutes out of my way to pick up my car. When I got there  I had mentioned the $50 towing to the dealership and the oil change I paid for at the dealership, but no offer was made by Auto-Lab to reimburse me. They further had the audacity to mention they gave me the courtesy of a new turbo when they could have put a used one in it. I could not believe this was mentioned, like they were doing me a favor. They did fix the turbo, but I am upset that no further reimbursement for all of the trouble it caused me was offered. Also, my car continues to have a slight noise it didn't have before this repair. I get places make mistakes, but I think my experience was worth sharing.

Let me tell ya if your looking for someone to “FIX” your car don’t come here.  They charge you to find the problem then the mechanic is not very experienced. Took him 2 days to find the issue then they charge me to fixe something that doesn’t relate to the problem. This is a terrible spot to bring your car you will regret it trust me! Not to mention they pay ppl to do all these fake reviews lol small businesses amaze me how terrible they can be. Please research before you bring your car here. I wasted $400 for absolutely nothing lol

Great service, my heat stopped working in the mid of winter, on a very cold day, the repair time and price were reasonable, will be turning in the future.

These guys helped me out when I was in a pinch...and were fair!  Super nice guys.  I would go back for other services.
