So you all charge people to look at a car, but didn’t do any work to it. This place is a ripe off. Unless they help some people and then some people they just try to get over. You aren’t Bell Tire also ripping people off isn’t how a company should conduct business. You looked at my car that was it and you charged over a $100 to look at it?? Then you don’t tell people that before you get the car, that is why it’s a ripoff. You can go to any other place out here and nobody charges a person to look at the car, without doing labor. To Look at a car isn’t dong labor it’s just looking to see what is wrong. Wait tell my family to go here , I’d rather spend money at Bell Tire to get a free inspection. After the inspection pay what I need to pay for to get my car fixed.

Terrible!!! I had truck towed because it wouldn't start. They told me a battery and alternator would get the truck running. After they installed the parts, ( the cost was $472), which I paid. The truck still not running. They then told me I needed a fuel pump ( additional $350). I decided to take my truck elsewhere. When the tow truck driver arrived to pick up my truck, that was still not running, he was told by two employees who were obviously still on the property, that they were CLOSED and they would not give him the keys. The tow truck driver even offered compensation to them to get the truck. I had additional cost due to these very unprofessional people. Besides not knowing how to properly diagnose the problem with my truck, they have employees who have no character or empathy towards their customers.

Excellent, honest service!! I've taken both of our Subaru Foresters, as well as our old Honda Civic, to the south Canton Auto Lab for years. Since Joe Alli took over the business, it's gotten even better than it was before. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust them to take care of my cars... and me! Update (summer 2017) - last year I noticed that my 2011 Forester was using a lot of oil. I took it to Auto Lab and they topped off my synthetic oil (at no charge) a couple of times, and they tried to figure out why the engine suddenly started to use oil. After not finding any obvious issues, John did some research online and discovered a class action settlement for Subaru owners whose cars experienced excessive oil consumption. He suggested that I take the car to Subaru and have them do an oil consumption test to see if my car qualified for a new engine. I made it to Subaru just before my odometer reached 100K miles, which would have made me ineligible. Long story short, my car failed the test and I got a new engine at no cost. Many auto repair shops would have happily offered me an expensive repair to fix the oil consumption. The fact that John told me I might qualify for a new engine from Subaru makes me a customer for life.

My girlfriend and I live in Ann Arbor, MI, (a solid 30 minutes away). She was driving and her car broke down in front of their shop and needed a jump. Because I was working at the time, she went inside and asked if someone would possibly jump her car so she could get home. Auto Lab told her that they would not jump her car. She offered to pay and they again refused, (despite being slow and nobody working). On top of this, they went on to tell her to walk a mile down the road to Walmart and buy one and try to flag someone down to jump from their car! So, she then waited three hours out front in her car until I got out of work and was able to drive and jump her car. These people may be good at their job, however on a level of character and morals toward other people in need of dire help, I would never recommend auto lab in canton to anyone.

What a great auto repair shop!! Very helpful staff and they do and have outstanding service!!
