Thought I had a brake issue and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. The gentleman there made it a point to contact me to let me know how serious of an issue this could be and moved appointments around to fit me in the same day.  Turned out nothing major was wrong, but they treated me like I was their only customer and that my safety meant the world to them. Service like this is one of a kind and hard to find.  Thanks again Livonia Autolab.

Auto Lab is our go-to place for oil changes and automotive repairs.  My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for a few years and have never had bad service.  The staff is extremely friendly and they are right on time when you set up appointments!  My wife's vehicle needed some repairs and the parts needed to be ordered, so it was going to take a couple days to complete.  Auto Lab was able to give us a vehicle loaner to use locally, so that we were not restricted to only one vehicle, for a family of 4.  I highly recommend Auto Lab to family and friends frequently.

First visit....scheduled  a tire rotation, got me in right at my scheduled time and  back in my van inside of 30 minutes....coffee was still warm in travel mug!....excellent service, very professional!

I first heard of Auto Lab on WMUZ 103.5fm, while driving.  I trust the station's  recommendations because of the values they live by and their business relationships.  As with other services we tried,  Auto Lab has lived up to the compliments advertised on the air. Their credentials are really good, but they also exhibit great customer service.

So glad I heard about AutoLab Livonia.  They go above and beyond for customer service.  And take the time to thoroughly examine your car needs and repairs.  They were the only auto repair shop that suggested a repair when the wheel guards and mud flaps on my car where damaged.  Everyone else "fixed" them with zip ties.  I don't have to cringe when they give me an estimate because I know they are fair and honest!
