My service manager Sandra and mechanic were impressively efficient. In particular Sandra was able to answer all my questions and went above and beyond. Great shuttle response times. A dealership service department open Sundays is a thing to treasure.

The service I received here was rude and I was told many lies. Continue reading for more information. This place is a total headache. Don't go here! They didn't want to fix my car. They made me wait 2 weeks when they said they would call me the next day. Horrible service. I bet >50% or more of the 5 star reviews are from employees or fake accounts. Does anyone ever give a perfect 5 star review every time? First I spoke with David Ramirez. He was unhelpful and told me many lies. 1. He told me he'd call me back within a day or two, he took about two weeks. 2. He told me that my vehicle was experiencing normal wear and tear, I took it to the Toyota of Monterey and they inspected it and told me it is defective and I will be getting my vehicle fixed under warranty within a week, they've already ordered the parts. The Victory Toyota in Seaside was very friendly in comparison. They did not make me wait, and helped me get my car fixed. I spoke with the manager, Bruce Fienberg. He was also unhelpful and basically told me the same thing that David told me. He told me he would call me to set up and appointment LIE! Never called me. I speculate that the 5 star reviews here are FAKE ACCOUNTS! Click on their names and their only contribution will be from giving a review to the Toyota Of Santa Cruz. Avoid this place at all costs.

Right when I pulled up, someone was there to greet me. They were very patient with all my question about the different features and trim. Any car that I wanted to look at was quickly accommodated. Sales associates were not pushy and listened to my needs and requirements. Very please with my experience over all. ☺

I wasn't very happy with the purchase of my new vehicle. They said that the car came with certain options and all they needed to do was update the software. When they went to update it they said that they couldn't do it and that the car doesn't come with it they were wrong. Come to find out by taking the car to another dealership it was just a 40.00 piece in order to update the car. They wouldn't do it. Also, when my car had its first service I called to get a courtesy pickup and when I called the service desk they told me I had to personally call all 3 drivers and figure out where they were and then who was closer. When I picked up my vehicle I went over it and they bent the license plate backed into something and when they glued the seal back on where it fell off it looks like my 3 year old did it. I had to spend 3 hours taking the glue off and making it right. I wish I had gone to another dealership. I will never go back.

Mickey and Tom in the showroom were amazing! They had a positive and professional presentation and listened to my needs and wants. Best experience buying a car by far!
