I was very pleased with my experience. From the moment I got there, everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful in assisting me to obtain the necessary services (namely an oil change) on my car. Glenda even made me aware that there were a couple recalls on my vehicle and made sure those were also taken care of during my visit. I left very satisfied with all the work done on my car. I mainly needed an oil change and ended up getting a tire rotation and multi point inspection along with it for no additional charge. To make things even better, I didn't feel that I had to wait long at all for all this to be completed.

Everyone was very welcoming and my experience was decent. Would have given 5 stars but as a new car buyer I feel I should have been informed of the sales tax and that it could be added to the final bill. Now I have to get another loan just to get the car licensed. Buletin was very kind and informative about the car. It was just a simple case of miscommunication that's all.

I had an excellent service today. Sue, representative, was excellent providing all the information that I needed. I got a ride home and later Sue provided me a shuttle back to retrieve my vehicle. If you don't want to go home and rather stay and wait in the facility, they got you covered with donuts, coffee, water, etc available on site as well as a warm waiting room on this cold winter. =)

I went here because a friend told me about her mothers experience. I went here with a car in mind but left with a better car. I recommend them to family and friends.

Michelle Thein is AWESOME. The entire process was quick and easy.  She offered different options and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I showed interest in. Almost any dealership you visit will tell you we can get you rolling the same day and you won’t have to wait long... However Michelle said it and meant it. I was in complete shock when she came back and told me congratulations after the test drive.
