I've washed my car here about 15 times.  During the day I liked that there was a person there to towel dry my car.  However, two times at night when there wasn't anyone around the car wash got stuck.  One of the times the soft touch got stuck right on my car and it looked like it rubbed through my paint a little.  The other time the machine went through the whole cycle about 1 foot behind my car.  It actually missed my car!

Horrible experience. Tried washing my car but it was out of soap. Tried getting a refund but no one was on duty in the middle of the day... Called the "corporate office," haven't heard from them in 4 days now. Finding another car wash to use.

BEWARE of the AutoSpa car wash in Yakima. We took our new truck through this car wash yesterday and it has scratched it up all over the place. My husband went back to talk to these guys. Both the day and night managers were there and said, "you chose to take your vehicle through the car wash, we are not responsible for it". They took absolutely no responsibility for damaging our truck. We are just sick about this. We will never take another vehicle anywhere near this place. Disgusting attitudes!!!

There's a Dog "self spa" next to the car wash that I took my dog to and there was no dog shampoo in the dispenser with the water. I asked the kids working at the car wash, they said it hasn't been refilled since they've been working there. Kind of ridiculous I spent money to just rince my dog.

The auto spa is a great place to wash your car and get it looking good!  I'm a fan of the self car wash - it usually runs me about $4.00 to get my truck looking clean.
The automatic wash can run about $6-$11....it does a great job and I like that it's touchless!
