My car was very clean on the outside after the wash. My car is a 2016 and I have never been in an automated car wash before. The two guys there didn't give me much instruction and I didn't really understand how it all worked. They told me to put the car into neutral and not to use my breaks. I did as they wanted and it worked well until the end. This is why I didn't give all 5 stars. At the end my car started to drift back once it was off the conveyor and so I put it into drive so I could leave. I wasn't fast enough and it got back onto the convener belt and pushed my tires. I pulled to the side and when I shifted gears there is a loud cranking sound now. I'm concerned it messed up my gear shift or breaks. I know it might have been my fault but I wish that they would have given me better instruction when exiting. The noise is hardly noticeable now, but it never made a sound like that before. Typically, I choose to handwash my car when the need presents itself. With today being a nice Saturday, I made the decision to run errands with my six year old daughter and grab a quick car wash, near my home. That's when I decided to visit this establishment. Not being too versed on automatic car wash etiquette, I paid with my credit card and proceeded into the wash. Present were two employees, one named Richard. I was told to put my foot on the break, once I entered the wash. Of course, I obeyed Richard's instruction. Next, I moved into the automatic washer. As this was happening, Richard and the other employee yelled at me to take my foot off the brake. I couldn't hear them, yet heard the panic in their voices. I took my foot off of the gas and they yelled louder. All the while, I couldn't hear a word that they were saying, due to the car wash equipment being in full use. I rolled my window down to better understand them and they told me to put my car in reverse. Once I exited the wash, I saw Richard, smiled and asked, "What's up man? What did I do wrong?" Richard aggressively threw cash at me and told me that I am banned from the car wash. I replied in a dumbfounding manner, as my smile erased, "Excuse me, Sir?" He told me never to come back, in his calculated, yet rude response. In my thirty five years on earth, I've never been banned from anything, especially with my six year old daughter present, scared and questioning. 

I then went into the office and exposed my large frame to both Richard and the other employee, never raising my voice or swearing. I demanded their names. Even at this point, they never explained what I did wrong. As anyone can see, I was upset. I am an educated, professional, taxpaying citizen that simply needed a quick wash. Obviously, I'll never return to this establishment, regardless of me being a homeowner in Fircrest.

Minutes later, I went to the Brown Bear on 6th Ave and was treated like a human. My quick need for a car wash was done with a smile. For those that are reading this, please understand this as an endorsement for Brown Bear and quick advise to not catch Richard on a bad day if you make the choice to enter this establishment.

Beat car wash I've ever been to. For 12 bucks my filthy little Ford came out sparkling new. Very little effort on my end

My tire was popped while entering this car wash. We spent an hour trying to resolve the incident with the owner, after being assured by the employee that we would be compensated. It was a terrible experience with no resolution other than it being entirely my fault. It's good to see the character of the business owner, though. I will not be returning & urge others not to either, in case this would happen to you.
