I've used this place a few times and the NEW owner is not very nice at all. Very rude. The first time I used his olace he charged me $75 for a wash and vacuum. Thought that was too much. When they wash your cash your car they WILL not dry the vehicle completely. But I used them anyway.
The last time I tried to use them they were so rued I just left. Horrible NEW owner.  There is a different vibe now.

My sister-in-law took her car in to be detailed after receiving a gift certificate. She was so excited to have it done, but was completely dismayed when she went to pick it up only to find a 12 inch crack in her windshield. Customer service went from okay to extremely poor when she was first notified that the same thing had happened to someone else the week before, to a promised phone call from the owner, to being told it had happened THREE times the month before, to no response whatsoever. She was then informed that although they didn't have a disclaimer up at the time, that they would soon (and do now) stating that any windshield that had a rock chip could potentially crack. If she had been notified that this could potentially happen, she would certainly have skipped the service. The receptionist Brittany could not possibly be any ruder, simply interrupting her and repeating over and over "I didn't do it". She did not accuse her, but the company she works for. Whatever happened to the adage "The customer is always right"? We've always been trained that the receptionist, or "face" of a company should be a voice to listen, collect information and offer assistance. After MANY repeated phone calls to speak to the owner, numerous messages, she only received a 27 second voice mail to turn it over to her insurance. Her insurance refuses to pay and she still cannot get anyone to call her back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!

Don't bother going to take ur vehicle to the self wash. It's a joke. The sprayers aren't even strong enough to spray off loosened dust and dirt off ur car. No spot free. My truck left dirtier than when I washed it. It's streaked with dirt streaks from the washing brush that dried while washing  I wasted $12 on the crappy machine. Worthless. And it doesn't take cards just quarters and change machine doesn't work.

Use the new automated soft touch Car Wash was unable to completely wash my truck with the tonneau cover missed big chunks and I have to we wash the vehicle myself.
