Fantastic customer service, I'm not a car guy myself so I called to get an oil change and also asked if they could just do a general inspection of my car. They said of course and that they do this normally already. The oil change was cheap and they also let me know about some other things that could(they didn't say anything needed to be done like some other companies) be done. I paid to have everything fixed up and my car has been driving better than ever. The place is also extremely close to my house, I really lucked out with this one.

Best automotive shop in Washington state. Period. Fantastic team of professionals that treat you like family. Took my 1964 Lincoln Continental and they got it running better than ever in no time. They treated my car like it was their own and treated me like more than just a customer and another number in line. You want the best shop in town? Look no further!!

I like automotive artistry because they are incredibly honest. Being a woman they have never tried to take advantage of me. They have been very helpful going as far as to give me a ride home and when my car was ready coming to pick me up to take me to the shop Thanks to the team. you will always have my business

What a wonderful shop to take a chance on! My radiator basically blew up yesterday, and I am kind of new to this area so I blindly was searching for a good repair shop to take my car to and happened to come across Automotive Artistry in a Google search. It had good reviews and was within walking distance of my apartment so I decided take a chance on it. I'm so glad I did! They were able to take my car in first thing in the morning. They quoted me much cheaper than the few other shops I called for an estimate. They answered the phone extremely friendly, something I've noticed is not common in the mechanic industry...usually they are very dry and curt...not this place! They made me feel like I was welcome and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I tried to explain the issue (I am pretty car illiterate lol). I came in this morning and was greeted with a smile and the same friendliness I experienced over the phone! They repaired my radiator, stayed right at the estimated price quote they gave me, and didn't try to charge me for anything unnecessary. They even mentioned there was a slight leak in my calipers and suggested I check the last shop that had done my brakes to see if there was still a warranty on the work before I went ahead and paid a bunch of money to get them replaced, I was so impressed with their honesty and the fact they didn't just try to sell me on getting them done then and there! I will never be taking my car to any other shop again. The gentleman at the front desk was even a New Yorker like myself, and it made me feel right at home! Definitely take your car here for any repairs, you won't be sorry!

I would put 0 but won't let me......i used to go here for everything I trusted them but now that I found out they rip people off we was told by Allen and his mechanics that we had a couple of things wrong and was going to cost about 2k to fix..... well we moved out of state and went to a really trusted honest mechanic and they told me that everything Allen and his mechanics told us was wrong. So I'm here to tell people if you go here make sure and get a second and even third opinion before paying for something you probably don't even need...
