So far I only had really good experiences with Bristow's Auto Repair. I intended to buy a 2006 Audi A4 but I didn't want to buy it before I was able to get a pre-buyers inspection. Bristow's was able to give me a same day appointment. They explained me perfectly what is wrong with the car, how much it will cost to get it fixed and an advise on what I should do. I ended up buying this car but wanting to get a major thing fixed before I will drive it as my daily commuter and they were able to do that for me. I got the next available appointment and they were able to take care of my problem within 4 hours. PVC valves replaced and the intake hoes repaired which fixed the engine light that got read out as "Turbo/Supercharger Underboost/Condition". I'm very happy and glad I'm able to drive my car without worrying about it.
I would recommend that place to anybody with an Audi :)

I had called them on Monday explaining the issues I was having with my car. They got my car towed in the next and diagnosed it with in an hour of it getting there. They also had the repairs done quickly the next day. The staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop and go back for repairs/maintenance.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to who I let work on my car.  Pete and his crew have been taking care of my 1984 Porsche Carrera for a couple of years now.  They do great work; I can depend on them to take care of all issues: mechanical, electrical, whatever.  Very friendly folks and they explain everything!  Wonderful place!

Due to a change of ownership and a change of communication practices, I left my previous mechanic and needed a new one.  Based on mailers, and multiple online review sources I chose Bristow's.

So far, they have identified the cause of issues that my previous mechanic couldn't, (they found the air leaks that were triggering the engine light - previous mechanic told me that the error messages were pointing them to items that were in good shape), and fixed my heater issue, (previous mechanic told me that the blender door was stuck after replacing the core; Bristow's found the blender door worked just fine, and that the core needed a good flush and the coolant needed to be replaced - $400 instead of $1200).  Both the heater core flush and the air leak ID were found using techniques that my previous mechanic never suggested.

So far, they follow through with my biggest need - good communication.  Everything is explained, what they are going to do, and what they have done.

I've still a lot of other fixes that are needed, and I will be going back.

We've been coming here for many years.  Pete and Brian are always great!  My wife always feels safe in her car after they have worked on it.  They're always fair and honest and Brian does his best to make it work for our budget.  They have taken great care of us & we won't go anywhere else after trying many other mechanics before we were referred there.
