My car was damage in an accident and I was sent to a larger collision shop in town by my insurance. I was hearing a draft from the side that was hit and had other concerns that the estimator there was not acknowledging.  I mentioned this to a client of mine and she highly recommended AutoFix so I took my car to them for a 2nd estimate and I was immediately impressed with the customer service! 

Jennifer Courtwright, the estimator, LISTENED to each of my concerns and together with Bryce Fritz, the production manager made sure each issue was addressed to my satisfaction.  To my delight, my car was washed and vacuumed AND they even used some of the remaining paint from my repair to touch up a deep scratch on my lift gate (that was rusting) without charging me!  

For as long as Jenn and Bryce are at AutoFix, I will not take my car elsewhere and will highly recommend them as my client had done.

This auto body shop offers lower priced full service car body work.  The management is thorough and friendly, and we're patient with us through a lengthy estimate process which resulted in a determination that the car could not be repaired.  As a result, we did not get to see the quality of their actual repair work, so I cannot in good conscience award 5 stars.

Awesome customer service, awesome job done, and great communication. I was worried about the process of getting my car fixed but they really handled everything and I am a happy camper!

Another wonderful experience and great repairs done by fix auto on my two month old pick up truck.
The staff there will treat you with respect provide you with an affordable quality repair and everything is always done in a timely fashion and you're constantly kept updated on the status of your vehicle I love their customer service and will never take my vehicles anywhere else thank you goes out to Brenda and the staff
