These guys are the sweet spot in the middle. They don't gouge you like a dealership but they don't cheap out and do the bare minimum. They work as a great team to provide excellent service, explanation, and the best price for the great quality of work. Take your car here if you want to get your car running again or if you simply want to keep it running. Rick is honest and trustworthy and knows what he is doing. Jen is a delight to work with at the front desk.

I never worry about seeing Rick at Prestige when the car needs work. He's honest and forthcoming with everything you need to know about the service being performed. If you're familiar with having German cars serviced at other places, you know you're getting a good deal with Rick.

Courteous, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Every time I've come to this place, Rick (the owner) has explained everything in detail and has also convinced me to wait on unnecessary, non-emergency expensive repairs to do repairs that were high-quality, original car manufactured new parts that were cost-efficient and timely. His assistant, Jen, has also always been very courteous and helpful. I've always had an excellent experience at this shop. I highly recommend it for foreign, high-performing cars.

Prestige is simply the best. I've never met someone who knows more about cars from bumper to bumper better than Rick Steel. He's been taking care of my cars for about 25 years! His knowledge of automotive repairs is unsurpassed. He is enthusiastic about his business and repairing cars. He has an uncanny ability to figure out even the most complex mechanical problems. He is truly an owner/operator as he is there every day, not only running the business, but working on vehicles and assisting his other superb mechanics when necessary. It's a great team effort at Prestige and I recommend them with confidence anytime someone inquires. They have worked on my daily use vehicles, my sports cars and exotics such as my Viper, Corvette and Aston Martin.

Highly recommended and very professional team. Rick does a great job of taking time to explain all the work performed and what you may or may not need to have done to keep your vehicle in great condition. You won't go wrong with Prestige Automotive.
