WE had a problem over the weekend, we are not from Santa Fe so the tow truck dropped our car off at Automotive Resources.  We couldn't have been happier with the service we received.  Anthony Vigil and the mechanic took time to explain the process, what they found.  They even directed us to an awesome breakfast place to wait.  Highly recommend.

At first I was really pleased when I contacted Automotive Resources, as they are very friendly and professional. But after having the truck I bought after they did a full pre-sale inspection...I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They inspected the most simple parts of the truck leading me to believe there was nothing wrong with the truck. Let's just say a little more work on their end would have saved me over a thousand dollars.

I highly recommend this service shop for top notch communication. And same date turn around. Free shuttle service too!

Any time I need help with my 23 year old car I take it to Tom Hitch at AR where it gets immediate attention while I get a ride back home from Tom or one of the friendly service people.  This has happened quite a few times during the ten years that Tom has serviced the car.  Along with getting fast service I get a thorough explanation of what work was done and advise about maintenance.  The cost has never been as high as it would be at a brand dealer.  My 1993 BMW 325i is in excellent condition and soon to become a classic.  
PS: You don't need a fancy car to get good affordable service from Tom.

I would like to be able to rate this shop.
I need new parts and service but when I call to schedule or order parts I am hung up on or the phone rings and then is disconnected .
How can a business be of any service if they do not answer call
