Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. I had a great experience with this Meineke location and would highly recommend it! I experienced some car trouble during a cross-country roadtrip and Carlos was able to fit me in last minute for repairs and promptly got me back on the road. Also my car was literally packed to the brim with my valuables and I felt very secure leaving my car in their care. Thank you again guys!

Just an update.  The owners of this Meineke location will not refund my money even though I have proof they put broken parts in my vehicle and did not put a cotter pin on my tie rod end (very dangerous) and miss programed my car.  I have only asked for a refund.  I have not asked for them to cover the additional cost that I need to pay to get it back into the condition it went in to them.  I have tried to post photos but they will not upload I will post on another review site.
Beware they are limited in their abilities.

Took my car in for tires and a tune up.  Two motors and two 
transmission later.  My car is shifting out of gear while I'm driving.  It had been about 70 days without a vehicle.  I asked to give it some priority since I am suppose to driving it to Florida in a couple of days.   I was told other people have appointments.   I said that I think because of all of our inconvenience it should have priority.  And then I was told they were inconvenience too because my vehicle took up thier bay space.   I got angry.  My husband called and Martin said he never said that.  I certainly would not make up.  Scared to drive my trailer blazer

I highly recommend this Meineke Care Center. They have always been honest and forthcoming. Very friendly, professional and highly qualified. Trust is so important to me and these guys have earned my trust. I now only come here for all my car care needs.

Great, fast, and actually friendly service. I usually do all of my own car maintenance, but changing out the cabin air filter on my Mazda requires you to take out the front panel. No thanks. I called Meineke and was told they could squeeze me in in between appointments. I went in and they were able to change out the filter in under 30 minutes! Cost was about half of what I was quoted at jiffy lube and tires plus. And while I was waiting I talked to one of the mechanics about some of my upcoming maintenance and asked some questions about a hitch installation. I got quotes for everything and there was no push to get anything else done. I've heard great things about this particular Meineke, and I have to agree. It's the highest rated shop in town for a reason!

Excellent communication and service, even offering a complimentary ride back to the office when dropping a car off mid-day. Parts charges, however, are *expensive* (standard ceramic brake pads at $88/ea) and labor charges are not actual (computer says to charge you 6 hours of labor for this... but the job is finished and car picked up in three.) These two drawbacks may easily double the price of a basic brake job or other services.
