They take customer service seriously. My wife had recently purchased tires at a different Firestone in our home town, and it failed, unrepairable. The fine folks at Santa Fe Firestone replaced the tire, under warranty, and had us on our way in under an hour.

I waited to post this for certainy. See I went to Firestone to fix my tire. Sudden leak and I had to get to Albuquerque that morning. I showed up 15 minutes before opening hoping they would get me in early but I was told, we'll look at it at 7. After looking at it the guy said my tire couldn't be fixed because of where it was punctured. He said they had a new tire that would cost $230 plus. Asked if they would put the spare on for me and they charged me 10 dollars to do this. I took my "un-repairable" tire to a local shop that fixed it for 8 dollars. Two months later and my tire is still holding the same pressure. 
It's not really the fact that it seems I was being taken advantage of because I was in a hurry. It's that I was treated like I was bothering them to do there job. That's why I won't go back. I'll also make sure everytime a person mentions to me if I know where to get my car fixed, oil change etc... I'll make sure I tell them my experience at Firestone. Note to all auto places, if you want customers, make sure you have customer service trained employees.

Employees were very courteous and didn't try to push unnecessary services. Price was very competitive for new tire install.

People of santa fe please stop letting your self get ripped off do some reasearch on your car literaly everything is online. Find a trusted local shop that is actually there for the good of the customer and your set. These guys are just sharks dont be a fish 🐟
