Very nice people. Only problem was I waited more than 2 hours for an oil change. Even with an appointment, I still waited over 2 hours. But with the staff being accommodating and very kind, it made the experience better. Someone came around and offered snacks which was nice, and they have a coffee station with comfortable chairs. I understand you can't rush good work, I just hoped it would be a little faster.

The sales team and the finance team in St. Petersburg did a great job! We drove down from Jacksonville to get the vehicle because they had exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. They didn't keep us longer than necessary and everyone was very helpful.

I brought my vehicle in for repair. Adam, the service manager was excellent. He was responsive, very knowledgeable, and understood what customer service is all about. My only disappointment was the length of time it took to get the parts from Ford to fix my sunroof. As a result, it took a week to get my vehicle repaired. The dealership provided a rental car free if charge so I'm still a fan of Ford and this dealership.

My recent service visit was awesome! They didn't have my size tires in stock since it wasn't a Ford vehicle but the service department was able to get the tires I wanted at an incredibly competitive price. The technicians did an awesome job getting my alignment handled and my wife says it drives better than ever. I had the guys in their detail department clean the interior and we are really happy with the job they did. I can't recommend the guys at Ford enough!!!!! Keep up the great work, ladies and gentlemen!

The whole team was amazing. Eric rongey went above and beyond and got us the exact car we wanted in less than 24 hours. He's new but the whole team including the manager Danny pitched in and did a fantastic job. We will be back to buy more cars.
