Recently purchased a vehicle at Bert Smith BMW from Alan Brooks and I could not be more pleased with his service. He was kind and willing to take as much time as my husband and I needed throughout the car buying process and gave us an amazing deal! Everyone at BMW we dealt with throughout the transaction was kind, courteous and very patient with us. I highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle to the dealer for repair of a malfunctioning  parking sensor. I was told they were too busy to deal with the issue the day I brought it in and had to schedule an appointment a week later to drop off the vehicle for the repair. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told they were busy but would get the repair done as quickly as possible and I arranged for a ride to work  from a coworker. Seven hours later I had not heard from them and spent the better part of an hour trying to reach someone in the service department and then the dealership management without success. Finally I received a call and was told the vehicle had not even been put on the lift for inspection. I told them I needed to pick up the car at 5 PM and when I arrived an hour later they had unapologetically done nothing. They apparently consider service appointments really an appointment to drop off the car and perhaps lottery for service.  It was a waste of two hours of my day. I bought multiple cars at that dealership since 1988 but service has declined and I will not buy another. Perhaps it reflects passing of the torch to a new generation of family ownership. Regardless it’s time to move on to a dealer that still provides quality service. I hear the Mercedes and Lexus dealers are good

My husband and I bought our first BMW this weekend and had an enjoyable experience at Bert Smith BMW. Our sales representative, Keith, made the process easy - short and sweet. From our initial test drive to purchase, Keith was patient and informative without ever being pushy. We got a better deal than we expected and avoided the back-and-forth negotiations everyone hates at most dealerships. Visit the other guys (if you must) and end up at Bert Smith's dealership to close the deal.

I spent many months trying to find just the right BMW. When I found it at Bert Smith and made an inquiry the response was not only fast but reasonable. Alan, my salesman made many special provisions to accommodate my purchase. He allowed me to all but complete the entire process online. The only thing my wife and I had to do at the dealership was sign the final paperwork (which did not magically change when I got there) and drive away! I live and work on the other side of the state so he and his team stayed late so we did not need to waste the weekend or miss a day of work. If you find a car on their lot that you like give them an opportunity to earn your business, you will not regret it!

Alan Brooks was outstanding! I have a very busy schedule and Alan went out of his way to work with me and make my buying experience great. Look him up if you're in the market for a BMW.
